From 17 December 2021 all customers over the age of 16 will be required to be fully vaccinated for COVID19 in accordance with Queensland Health regulations. Proof of vaccination will be required prior to boarding. Failure to provide proof of vaccination will result in customers being denied boarding. A 100% cancellation fee will apply. No refund will be offered.
Tours are subject to minimum numbers, weather, and unforeseen circumstances. Should we cancel a tour for any reason customers will be offered an alternative day.
Customers who cancel their booking within 48 hours of departure will result in a 100% cancellation fee. No refund will be offered.
Customers who fail to show up for their booked tour will be considered a no-show. This will result in a 100% cancellation fee. No refund will be offered.
All published prices are indicative only and are subject to change without notice. All bookings are subject to confirmation.
All reservations are required to be paid in full at the time of booking. Payments by credit card will incur a 1.75% credit card payment fee.
All quotations provided are subject to availability of services quoted and are not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed and required payment received.
Directors, management and staff shall not be responsible or liable for injuries or death of any person, loss or damage to any property due to person’s negligence.
