Amendments made two or more days before travel are permitted. No Amendment fee applies. 

Amendments made before 5pm the day before travel are permitted. A $15 amendment fee per person applies. 

Amendments made after 5pm the day before travel are not permitted.  

All amendments are subject to availability and a fare difference may apply.  

No amendment fee applies if a booking is being upgraded from our serenity tour to the explorer tour or if you are adding additional guests. 
 

Amendments (Agent bookings) 

Bookings made with a third party such as a travel agent (Get Your Guide, Viator, Expedia, Booking.com etc.) must be changed with the booking agent. We do not have access to the agent’s systems and are unable to make amendments to agent bookings. Please contact your agent for assistance.

Booking fee 

A booking fee may apply to your booking to cover the cost of third-party booking platforms or “reservations systems”. This fee may be included in the price of the ticket or listed separately as “Taxes, fee and surcharges” 
 

Cancellations (By Operator) 

Should we cancel a tour for any reason, customers will be offered an alternative day or a full refund. 
 

Cancellations by customer (Direct bookings) 

All cancellations must be advised via email to res@ecoqld.co 

Cancellations received two or more days before travel permitted. 100% refund applies 

Cancellations received before 5pm the day before travel permitted. 50% refund applies

Cancellations by customer (Travel agent or online agent bookings) 

If you have booked with an agent such as Get Your Guide, Viator etc we are unable to assist with refunds. Your agent holds your funds, please contact your agent. Refunds will be subject to our terms and conditions as well as the travel agents’ terms and conditions (Which may differ to ours) 
 

Child / Infant Policy 

   0-1 years of age (infants) FOC when occupying the lap of their carer/parent.  

   2-11 years of age (child) and will be charged at child prices 

   12+ years – will be charged at adult rates 
 

Canoeing & Swimming 

It is a requirement for guests who participate in the canoeing and/or swimming portion of any tour/activity to be able to swim. 
 

Credit card fee 

Payments by credit card will incur a 1.75% credit card payment fee. 

Depending on the processing bank credit card payment fees may be non-refundable  
 

Government charges and levies 

We reserve the right to charge guests government taxes, fees, or levies such as the QPWS. These fees will be collected at the time of booking and may be included in the price of the ticket or listed separately as “Taxes/Fees” 

Agents’ tickets may not include certain taxes, fees or levies. These levies may be collected at check-in 
 

Lost or damaged personal items 

Everglades Eco Safaris and its staff will not be responsible for any lost, misplaced, stolen or damaged passenger items. We recommend you leave all valuables and electronics at home.  
 

No-Shows 

Any guest who no-shows for any reason will not be refunded. This includes showing up with less guests than the original amount booked for. 
 

Payment 

All reservations are required to be paid in full at the time of booking. 
 

Pick-up Locations 

Click the below link for full details of our shuttle bus pick-up locations. If you do not advise us or update us on your correct pick-up location, you will be responsible for making your own way to Habitat Noosa. If you miss your tour because you did not show up at the pick-up location, you will be considered a no-show. No refund or credit will be issued.

Pricing / Rates / Fares 

All prices, rates, fees and levies are indicative only and are subject to change until full payment has been received. 

Any changes in dates may result in a new rate applying and a fare difference may apply.  
 

Reconfirmations 

It is a requirement to reconfirm booking details at least 48 hours prior to departure.  

Please call us on 07-5485-3348 or email us on res@ecoqld.com to confirm your pickup point at least 48 hours prior to departure. 
 

Risk / Liability waiver 

We require all guests over 18 years of age to agree to and sign our risk/liability waiver. Parents or legal guardians must sign on behalf of minors.  

Our waiver outlines certain risks involved in participating in the activities we offer.  

If you do not agree to sign our waiver you are welcome to cancel for a full refund as long as you comply with the cancellation conditions on your booking. 

Safety Procedures 

It is a requirement for guests to wear and use all safety equipment in accordance with instructions or signage. 

Guests are required to follow safety instructions, signs and the instructions of your crew.  

Liability 

I acknowledge that in consideration of and as a condition of the acceptance by Everglades Eco Safaris Limited of my entry into Habitat Noosa or upon any part of a bus, vessel, canoe, or equipment (“the Activity”) I hereby waive (and on behalf of my successors, assigns, executors and administrators) all claims for liability against Everglades Eco Safaris Limited and its servants or agents in any capacity, whether employed or volunteer (“the Releasees”), and release Everglades Eco Safaris Limited and its servants or agents from all liability. 

‘Liability’ means liability in tort or contract for any death, personal injury, or damage to property where such liability arises because of participation in the Activity. 

I acknowledge and agree that: 

I will always comply with the instructions of the staff and crew. 

I have read and understand this waiver of my legal rights. 

This waiver covers each activity and event in which I participate hereafter and may be pleaded as an indemnity in relation to any claim that may arise therefrom. 

If I purchase the ticket on behalf of a child then I certify that I have the legal responsibility for this child participant and do consent and agree, not only to his/her release of Everglades Eco Safaris Limited and the Releasees but also agree to release and indemnify the Releasees from all liability’s incident to the child participant’s involvement in the Activity. I will ensure that the child participant understands and obeys all safety directions.
